What we collect

If you send us an enquiry through this website, we collect the details you type into the form (typically your name, company, email address, phone number and details of the load you want moving). We use those details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to carry out the work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to carry out your job (for example, providing delivery details to a driver or customs agent) or where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, and then deleted. Records relating to jobs we have carried out are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax, insurance and legal purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is nothing here for you to accept or refuse.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not follow you to other websites. We see totals, not individuals. You can read what it collects at cloudflare.com/web-analytics.

The map on our contact page is embedded from OpenStreetMap. When it loads, your browser contacts OpenStreetMap's servers, which will see your IP address.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
